TCG Stockpile keeps track of your trading card collection. This page says what we keep, why, and who else touches it.

What we keep

  • Your account: email address, name and shop name if you give them, and your password as a one-way hash (we can't read it).
  • Your collection: the cards you file, with the details you enter (condition, price paid, notes, orders and where they came from).
  • Photos and videos you upload to add or pre-screen cards, and the card images cut from them.
  • Billing records from Stripe: your plan, its status and renewal date. Card numbers go straight to Stripe and never reach our servers.
  • Basic logs (when you last signed in, errors) to keep the service running and secure.

Who else handles it

  • Stripe processes payments.
  • Anthropic reads card photos to identify cards and look at their condition. Photos are sent for that read only.
  • Our hosting provider runs the servers that store your data.

We don't sell your data or share it for advertising. Your collection is private to your account.

Your choices

Download your collection as a spreadsheet anytime from the Collection page. Closing your account (Account → Close account) erases your collection, photos, scans and orders and cancels any plan. Billing records Stripe must keep for tax purposes stay with Stripe.
