Every grade, every location
Know exactly what's in every case.
Each line of stock is one card in one grade at one place: a near mint copy in Binder A, an LP in the show box, a PSA 10 in the front case.
- Raw by condition (NM, LP, MP, HP, damaged), valued at your own condition rates: LP at 85% of near mint, or whatever you set.
- Slabs by company, grade and cert number: PSA, BGS, CGC, TAG, SGC. Search a cert to find the slab.
- Locations you manage: store floor, cases, binders, show boxes, storage, each with its units, cost and value.
- Counts: count a case on your phone and the differences are corrected and recorded.
- Full history: every card received, sold, moved, counted and adjusted, with the reason.
Labels and lots
Price tags in one click. Lot costs in one more.
Select cards and print price labels with the card, grade, price and a QR code of the SKU, on Avery 5160 sheets or 2.25 × 1.25 thermal labels. Scan the code into search to pull the card up.
- Every card gets a SKU automatically, with your own prefix.
- Bought a collection? Enter what you paid and Stockpile splits the cost across the cards by market value, so every margin is real.
On the floor
Count a case from your phone.
Pick the location, check the numbers against what's really there, and apply. Every correction is recorded as a count.
Sell online too
Shopify and WooCommerce, in sync.
Connect your store and push every priced card as a listing with its photo, price, SKU and quantity. Orders on your store come back as sales, so your counter and your website never sell the same card twice.

How close does the market price run?
Stockpile compares every sale with that day's market price. Your own sales show how far to trust market prices for what you sell, and where you're pricing above or below them.
In the demo shop's last 40 sales, the typical sale landed within 7% of the market price, and 33 of 40 were within 10%.

Shop questions
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. The Shop plan is one flat monthly or yearly price. There's no commission on anything you sell, anywhere you sell it.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Shop accounts can use inventory, pricing and sales on the free plan for up to 50 cards, with no credit card.
Where do market prices come from?
TCGplayer's market price for each print (built from recent completed sales), and Cardmarket's trend for European prints. They refresh daily for the cards you hold.
Does it work with my Shopify or WooCommerce store?
Yes. Connect Shopify with an app's access token, or WooCommerce with a REST API key. Priced cards go up as listings with photo, price, SKU and quantity; orders come back as sales every 15 minutes. You can also download product files for either store's importer instead.
Can I track graded slabs separately?
Yes. Each slab is its own line with company, grade and cert number and its own price, so a PSA 10 and a raw near mint copy never get mixed up. Cert numbers are searchable.
Can I export my inventory?
Anytime, as a spreadsheet, with SKU, location, cost, list price, market price, margin and days in stock. Sales export the same way.
